We can galvanize anything from a washer to a 65' beam. Larger pieces are done via the double dipping process in either the 30' x 4' x 6'6" kettle or the 46' x 4'2" x 9'3" kettle. Small pieces, such as screws and bolts are done in the 16' x 3'6" x 5' kettle and are also spun in a centrifuge-like device to remove any excess zinc.       Galvcast has 6 trucks to transport your material; capable of handling loads of up to 75,000 lbs. We offer reliable shipping solutions from small orders to full loads.
